About

I am a fluently bilingual professional with over 20 years’ experience in large and small businesses, currently working as an organizational development consultant. I am known for my energy, my creative, common-sense solutions and my work with management teams that need a helping hand with employee engagement. But what motivates me most is helping clients create healthy, balanced and productive workplaces.

Armed with a strong background in project management, I have several years of communication and change management experience under my belt, particularly at Bombardier Recreative Products (BRP), Cirque du Soleil and Ivanhoé Cambridge. I have assisted management teams with a wide range of strategic initiatives and transformation programs (including employee engagement, retention, recognition and well-being, talent development and leadership skills.). I recently sat on the executive committee of a dynamic small business in Montreal, where I led a team of six employees.

I hold a master’s degree in communication, and in recent years I have continued to further my knowledge of organizational development at HEC Montréal.
